I purchased Windows 7 Home Premium. They sent me a link to download a version with an activation code. After installation, the Windows screen indicated that it was not a genuine version of Windows, and it was a counterfeited version of software.

Both phone numbers on their website are false. The chat option worked to access a representative, but the representative simply ran me in circles trying to "solve the problem". The reality is that they didn't have a solution- they sold me a bum version and they refused to refund my money.
