Seen the ad on facebook and ordered a pair of UGG's. The payment process took ages to go through and they did say I would receive a confirmation e-mail within 20mins. £70 left my bank on 23rd September. Didn't receive any correspondence from them so i e-mailed [email protected] asking for the vital information. They did contact me on 26th September giving me an order number and a tracking number along with a web address for ems.com but you need a verification code to see where the purchase actually is. I have e-mailed them today asking for this code but no reply so far. I have already cancelled my bank card so no further transactions can be taken out of my bank account. I am disgusted that this scam company are still scaming people to this very day. I have lost my money and don't know when i will get it back. I can't believe this ad was on facebook, i thought this was safe. I'm disgusted!!
