i was offered an electric toothbrush also only to pay postage of £1 , hence it never arrived . they have went into my bank account on 3 occassions taking a total of £145 for a subscription i never knew about . no mention of this so called VIP SUBSCRIPTION (load of rubbish). i raised a dispute with my bank in january , have had no luck with pointpay to xcancel and reemburse me my money , bank cannot get a hold of them either , but bank paying back some of my money as i had raised a dispute . PLEASE DONT BE FOOLED BY THIS SCAM . TO TRY AND CLAIM YOUR MONEY BACK IF YOU LIVE IN THE UK YOU HAVE TO GO INTO THE POINTSHOP PAGE AND GO THROUGH THE HELP BUTTON . BEST OF LUCK .
