I have attempted to receive a return authorization number from the company as stated in their email to me. The "customer service" representative REFUSES to give me such a number even though the email states to call that number to receive same. I also received the subsequent shipment without prior notification and have been informed that it is in the FINE print of the agreement. It is nothing but a MAJOR SCAM!
