I have ordered 9 bottles of Neosize-XL from this website www.neosize-xl.com. Neosize-xl is a male penis enhancement product produced by vitopharma. The website looks clear, legit and professional. They have the same phone number as Vitopharm website (1800-991-3163) but no email adress to contact. First thing I noticed wrong was that I didn't get any confirmation email of the purchase or any bill invoce in my inbox. I paid via credit card and they charged me with 307 AUD which is short for Australian Dollars (??) the equivalent of 350 US dollars. the transaction appears on my statement as VITO HERBAL SALES ATWELL AUS (Australia). This was the second thing I noticed wrong and raised my suspicions about this being a scam. The third thing was that the product was delivered from India via Singapore. I wanted to get a refund so I called the number and I talked to an indian boy who just stall time and made it look like I didn't order anything from them, because they couldn't find any order on my name and kept asking for my bill invoice, I told him I didn't get any he told me to check with my bank and he was very rude telling me I am wasting too much of his time, trying to cut it short. Left me with no solutions or answers. I wrote them on the customer support, on vitapharm website telling them everything and the website from where I have ordered and I got a reply where they asked me the reason for my refund but not being helpful or giving me more details and info. They only give you a month for a refund but it takes 15 days or so to deliver the pills, so you don't have time to test them properly and then send them back in another 15 days they allow you. You get your money back 3 weeks after they recieve the product back which is absurd if you think about it because they took it from you right away when you ordered. Another thing that creates contradictions is that's written on www.neosize-xl.com that "NeoSize XL promises a bigger, thicker penis within a few months...if however you do not encounter the incredible results that we guarantee... you can recover your money..." ..Who guarantees you're going to recover your money after 6 months, when they clearly state you have only one month guarantee? Bottom line, I am sure I was scammed and I want some help to get to the bottom of this. Please help me.
