I typed in "Change of Address" in my search toolbar and the first link that came up was for "USPS Change My Address.com." I assumed (wrong) that this was the place to go, they even say how they're "...Acting on behalf of their clients with the US Postal Service." I never received any forwarded mail so I call the Post Office and they said they had never received a change of address.
How hard can it be to take their site down? I mean, have an investigator apply for a change of address and submit the payment, then wait a few days and see how they get jipped.
