I have a 1995 BMW 318ti I had gotten the Engine rebuilt 606/23/2011 I was not driving the car because someone had hit the side and I was having bodywork and engine work repair. The car had no tags. I have receipts for all work and witnesses are those that did the work. I would have the car towed back and forth. I had Sensor replace and fan and water pump. The fan was replace by Euro Auto Repairs because for some reason it had stopped working. After all bodywork and Engine work and painting I began to drive the car 11/01/2012. The engine only have about 300 actual miles on it. On 02/022013 I took my car to South Bay BMW because once again the fan had stopped and I figured since it is a BMW what better place than a BMW Dealer to figure out what was wrong with my fan. On 02/17/2013 I was charged $6361.24 for various parts and labor, some things I knew I did not need after I talked to original Mechanic. I had my tail lights repair by a electrician 1/26/13 and they were working fine. I seen on my bill I was charged 77.91 and 82.50 for tail lights. Also I asked that my third brake light be repaired, I was charged $105.99 for the repair but it was not repaired and was charged an additional $200 the very next day. I was right back at SoutBay BMW on March 11,2013 for the same thing the fan was not working. They claimed it was my after market light which I knew was not the case because as I stated in this letter my fan had stopped prior to me getting those light. This time I believe I was charged between $4 and $600.00 not sure because that receipt is in my car at the dealer ship right now. This last time which was two week ago I took my car back to South Bay BMW for the same reason the fan was not work, but this time hoses burst, they are charging me $3,000.00 for a head gasket which I had a brand new one on there. Kevin Smuckler called me today and told me that there was now a crack in my bottom. I told him fine I am not paying you people any more money. My engine was practicably brand new, most of the part were new you people have destroyed my car. I'm waiting for him (Kevin Smuckler) call with this new price. I have spent over $10.000.00 and all they did was ruined my car. I took it back three time for the fan and after $10,000.00 the fan was never fixed and now my car is not even able to be driven.
