This site claims on a video they show that when there software is loaded on your pc and apps on your phone you will be able to view others cell phone activity. They don't tell you upfront that you do if fact have a year but can only do it a limited number of time. They load not permenant software on your machine. If you close the window the info is gone. Not perament software was loaded on my machine and nothing what ever on my cell phone. That I know of. I am afraid they may have put something malicious on my phone and they now track me. They state they are not sell info yet within minutes I was being spammed by cell phone companies and others. Their customer service email sends you back info for an this company http://www.anns embroiderydesigns.com/standard-member-you get a log in and it is a company that does embroidery!! I checked on line and found to complaints or warnings so thought they were legit but maybe they are new? When you do get the temp. software they load to look for the phone they then tell you we can get it but... too bad it's blocked. You need to spend another 40 bucks to fix that problem. They was no warning upfront that that may happen. If there had been I may have paid it except but there wasn't and I knew because it was my son's phone we are giving to my daughter and I know they are no blocks at all on his phone and her does too. Then I can't get a response from the email they give a second time after getting the embroidary stuff. I requested a refund and told right away they will give it and process it right way but... It may take 4 weeks. In this day and age will all know it is electronic and should be day. I doubt I will get it back and am going to the bank to dispute it. I didn't get what they said or mislead me to believe access would be better,no real cust. serv.
