I received a letter from this company which states that I need to return to them a signed form AND $20.00 because I am a winner of a cash award of "over $2,536,092.23. Needless to say, after seeing the complaints here and statements that this is a scam, I WON"T be sending them $20.00! Since they used the US Mail to send this fraudulent notice, they should be prosecuted under US Law.Which District Attorney will take up the challenge to prosecute them and stop them from bilking the unsuspecting public further?
