I ordered a pair of Lelli Kelly shoes for my daughter. This site had the lowest retail and no shipping, that is why I purchased from them. I never got a tracking number or even an order confirmation from them. I really got worried that I was "taken" when I couldn't get on their website. I tried sending them an email with no answer. There wasn't a phone number listed anywhere, so that wasn't an option. Thank goodness I paid through paypal. I put a complaint in with them. They told me they contacted the seller(don't know how they did it) and they were going to track the package. Paypal gave me the tracking number. I recognized it from a "mystery" package I recieved a few days ago. The package was all in chinese and had no invoice or packing slip with it. Instead of the shoes I ordered, I got a cheaply made tote bag with Hannah Montana on it! It's no wonder I couldn't figure out who it came from! Once I figured out that this totebag was my shoe order I changed my complaint from never recieved to wrong item and informed Paypal that I wanted a refund. I suggested that they find a way to inform consumers before a transaction is complete if there are any complaints against a seller. That way we can make a well informed decision about buying from a seller or to buy from somebody else.
