When I signed up for DirecTV (they approached me, not the other way around), I was promised a rebate via a $200 Visa card. I was NOT informed at the time that I had to wait 30 days to put in for the rebate. Okay, after I found out, I waited. Since then, I haven't been able to fill out the forms required (to which there is another 2 month waiting period after it's submitted) because of some sort of problem which has NOT been explained to me. All, I've been told is that the problem has been submitted to someone else who has NOT contacted. I'm tired of waiting. No one will give me any information or help. I'm locked into this stupid contract for 2 years. This is definitely a SCAM!
