I have been getting hundreds of calls, texts and emails from people with Indian accents after I tried getting a $400 payday advance loan.

Yesterday, I started getting calls from a Mrs. Johnson and a Kevin Smith (yeah, right!) They said they were about to file 3 criminal charges from US Cash Advance for a fraudulent application. Then they put me on hold to escalate the matter to a supervisor. I hung up. They called back and left a number to call back (917-775-5246) I called back. They put me on hold again. When someone else answered, I started asking questions. They tried putting me on hold again. I told them to call back when they had their act together. I got another call threatening to file criminal charges. I told them I would call the police, give them their ph # and they could give the cops all the details. They hung up on me and the calls stopped for about 3 hours.

I called the police dept. but nothing could be done because I hadn't lost any money. I filed a complaint with ic3.gov.

Today, the calls started again. I finally answered "FBI, dispatch" They hung up and so far, no more calls! I called the PD to make sure I wasn't doing anything illegal by saying I was the FBI. They said I wasn't as long as I wasn't the one calling them.

Please do not be intimidated. That's exactly what they want. Complain to the police, ic3.gov, FTC.gov, the BBB and anyone else you can think of. These idiots are criminals and will take whatever you let them take. Give them NOTHING!
