International boundaries
Placed an order for several DVD collections totaling 212.00. Order was never recieved. Corresponded with the so called customer service manager several times and was finally blocked from being able to send messages to the address and then all of a sudden thier website was down. Filed a complaint with BBB in canada - they have not been able to get a hold of the company.
