The terms of the VIP membership are not stated at checkout.So everyone defending this crappy company must work for them! As soon as you make a purchase you are a VIP member....big deal right? So I thought. Then they started charging my credit card $39.95 for two months before I caught it! I called them and they said I could not cancel because I had credits. So I had to order two items....then I cancelled my membership!! I called to return both items as clearly stated on their return policy that I could return them and be credited to my "card"...not my "Just Fab account" for $5.95 restock fee. Well wonderful customer service said nope! We will just give you a credit to your just fab account.....hmm...I don't have an account anymore dim-wit!? Nope that's all I can do she said. I said well them how about a charge back? Because I am going to call my credit card company! she said go ahead!
I talked to citi and they were very nice and said to send items back w/delivery confirmation and they will give me my money back...so that's what I had to do!
Do not order from them! The items are TERRIBLE CRAP!! If they sold heels at the dollar store these would be it! The sizing and fit are crazy...no normal person can wear these for an entire day!
The jeans are Crappy thin material! PLEASE DO NOT ORDER!!! You will regret it! Even if they send you a half off email (what happ to me!) Don't do it! Walmart has better shoes and jeans and thats not saying much!
