This company gave false information regarding necessary license requirements. When I attempted to cancel order I was given the runa round for several days and then informed the item was en route. American express advised I refuse shipment and dispute charge. The company then charged me $568.40 for shpping the item to me and returning the item to their stock. The original purchase price for the scooter including shipping was a total of $767.00. So basically my card was charged $568.40 for which I received NOTHING! After the fact I found several complaints against the company for similar incidents on RIPOFF.com
