I ordered Forever Flawless wrinkler reducer along with Eqinox day and night serum as a trial offer. I did not receive an email confirmation from Sheridan Envisage which, after much research, is the company that sends you the Forever Flawless product. No where did I see that after your 14 day trial you had to call and cancel any future orders. I then received and additional bottle of the product plus additional product from Equinox. I was charged $94.87 plus and additional $94.87 for the Equinox . They were charging me for the trial sample and a second order. I called them and they were very polite and refunded most of my money. They admitted that the ad was not clear and had previous complaints. They sated they were correcting the problem. I then notified Sheridan Visage who had basically done the same thing, charging me $99.00 and $105.95. They were extremely rude and down right hateful. The man taking the call told me that I had signed an agreement upon placing the order and that I would not get one dime of my money back. He told me that I could send the product back but that I would not receive anything by doing so. I am on social security and cannot afford this type of trickery, fraud, theft or whatever you want to call it. It seems to me that anyone who fradulently takes money from your account is committing a crime of theft and should have to pay the penalty.
