I ordered a 10.00 book and was charged $27.98 total helloo!! a $10.00 book and it cost $17.98 to ship I never asked for priority
ship. please help... if I send the book back it will cost me at least 7.99 why can't they just deduct the priority processing fee of $9.99 I called and was told the best they could do was to deduct $7.99 I think the t.v. ad is misleading.
