I signed up for a free trial and received my product. What they didn't tekk me was that they woulod be charging my credit card $166.00 within a week of my signing up for this program. I contacted them through one of their ads that said "contact us" and asked how I could get the replacement filters. They didn't answer my e-mail, just sent me two refill packs and charged my credit card again. Please tell me how I can end this!
