Their web site lists free breakfast buffet and computers available for rental. In reality, the hotel doesn't offer any of these features. I reached out to customer service. "Saif" let me know that those things were never reserved in my reservation, therefore it didn't matter if they existed or not. The manager of the hotel spent over 45 minutes on the phone with "someone in another country" trying to resolve the myriad lies on their website. Basically, don't use this web site. EVER.
