I was emailed a work from home opportunity and listened to the online video and the instructions were that I only needed to pay for the shipping of 9.95 and they were not asking for a lot of money like other work from home schemes so the starter DVD was the 9.95, and then to call the mentor to help get started. I was informed by the mentor that I would not have to sell anything and I would only need to work online and make the money, but to start the training program at first he through out a figure of $299.00 when on the video it stated it would not cost much money and only the 9.95, then when i went scrolled further down, it stated the cost would be less than 500.00, so I was thinking it may not cost much at all. When I watched the DVD it was about a product of losing weight and about the society today of weight loss, but the DVD stated as well it would not cost much at all. Then I spoke to the mentor and I explained my situation that I am 1099 and cannot afford the $299.00, so he through at me to pay 170.00 dollars to start and I would not have to sell the product and just be trained online and then when I make some money, I could go further with it. He instructed me to go on a conference call gave me my user ID and password to log in and call and watch what it was about. As I was watching it, it was to sell a product called Vemma that includes all vitamins in each drink as it is like a shake you buy as people buy in stores over the counter and then the package that I will receive, this conference call instructed me to sample the shake to people and then to set up a skype or google chat live for your own self. First of all, I told him I cannot afford much at all, so how can i afford to buy the equipment to use video chat (skype) and secondly, I would thereafter pay 50.00 a month for the products the drink which are called Verva, then you have Verva Bold and a drink for children for obesity. I emailed him and request a refund and I don't know what will happen now. Therefore, I am waiting to see when he calls if I will get refunded at least the $149.00 that I put out for this product not knowing that I would have to sell it and sample it???????? This is pyramid scheme and I have seen and my ex-husband had done this kind of thing along with a few of my friends and family and it is a scam. All i request is my refund, but I emailed him tonight March 26, 2013 and waiting to see if he will give me a hard time to refund me my 149.00, which i am in a bad situation and 149.00 is a lot for me at the moment. I am reporting this beforehand as when I speak to him and if he does not refund me my money, what do I do. This is a pyramid scam and I am very upset as they made it sound like you only needed to work from home online, not selling door to door and then I have the conference call and it clearly tells you to take the Verna and sample it to people which is like selling it. So if I do not get my refund, what can I do. Thank you for taking the time in reading this as I think this is very horrible to mislead people like this.

  • That happened to me too last month. To your disappointment, you probably may not get anything back. About two months ago, I was very enthusiastic about this that I could simply sit in front of computer and make money? And I upgraded myself to diamond right away which costed me a lot. They kept selling stuff to me such as products, auto delivery and those 'junk' leads which cost me the most. Fortunately, I was able to realized the problem so I contacted lead complany requesting my money back and I got it back but I lost $2500 or so on Vemma. However, I still have those products so I keep conforting myslef it isn't that bad. For me losing money isn't the hardest part. Recurring bills are things that make lots of troubles to me. As you've gone through all that trainings, you must have realized that you would have to set up a lot of merchant accounts to get started such as power payment and authorize.net. I suggest you to cancel everything immediately, call them right away or they will charge you even if you haven't used their services yet. I also cancelled my GPS membership but they still charge me 49 dollars so I ended up contacting my back, and told them to block GPS so that I won't be charged. They shouldn't have made everything sound that simple. And I would never believe such tning working at home unless you're you own boss.

  • This website is a joke.

    It's called Verve, not Verva..

You are not paying for anything but a simple product.

    You sell nothing.

The Company is Vemma, it's product is Vemma. Global Pro System is a team within Vemma that offers unique connection through skypes and Oovoos.

You don't "lose money" in Vemma. You are purchasing a product that is the most powerful liquid antioxidant found in any Market. You are buying it to consume, not to sell. I've never heard of anyone having verve stacked up in their garage, because PEOPLE DRINK IT.

You pay for your product every 5 weeks because you receive 24 cans of Verve in a package and when you drink 1 a day, you are out within 5 weeks. The reason you must have an Auto-delivery is to register you as a Brand Partner with the IRS. At this point when you file your taxes at the end of the year, keep the receipts and the IRS will write off a lot of your taxes using the fact that you paid for your Product every 5 weeks as proof that you are supplying your small business with intent to make a profit.

This is an uneducated post, and this website in general is a Joke. Pay $9.99 for membership to complain about how dumb you are? lol. Enjoy your "verva" whatever that is.
