I ordered 2 trial creams from this company in september 2012 which i never received. I have since this date been charged approx £135.00 per month for something which I have never received and never will as I moved property in Novemer. I have wrote to my bank several times to ask them to cancel these payments but nothing happens.I have also emailed vitalyzeskin several times but with no response. Can anyone please please advise how else I can contact them or what I can do as I need my money back
