I ordered two pair of hot booties on 12/18/2012, over the phone whitch also gave me two free. This was all over a computer system so you couldnt talk to a real person. After completing my order it never gave me a amount, so i didnt know the total and they never sent a confirmation email either. I waited two months for them to arrive, however i wasent sure if they would come being i was unsure if i would even get them being they gave me no amount of purchance or a confirmation email. Well they finely came and i had 8 pairs of them and they took $130.51. I was fit to be tied when i seen how many pairs they sent me and for taking $130. 51 from my account. I never had a choice of different sizes except small, medium, and large, witch on there web site they have different sizes to order. I sent every last pair of them back for a full refund!!!

I checked on my return the other day and found that they only refunded me $59.96. I should not have to lose out on the $7.95 shipping charges they charged me for the four free pair i got, witch ended up to be another $31.80 i was charged. I paid more for shipping then i did for four pair of booties and four free pairs that they charged me for. Im so (Inappropriate Content Removed) that these people could over charged me like this. My total shipping charges should have only been $26.96, the same i paid to ship them back plus i added $140.00 worth of insurance to cover them if they were lost in the mail. So why are they charging me $70.55 for shipping when it didnt cost me that. I want all my shipping charges back which would total $43.59, and they may keep $26.96 that i was charged to ship back to them, but i want the rest of my money back. This is highway robbery and they shouldnt be able to rip people off like there doing to us. Tell me how do they get away with this. Please help me in getting my hard yerned money back cause i cant afford to throw my money away and they should know that we as consummers are not putting up with this and we will fight back!!!

So, please help me fight this and get my money back cause $70.55 is way to much to charge for shipping plus the four free pair that they sent me, i shouldnt have to pay for there shipping charges either, plus i only ordered two pair of booties which i would have only got two free pair like i ordered.
