This company took 90.30 out of my account. Called the number on the check it was a recorder. Check goggle for the name it is out of an attorney office in Arrlington, Texas. Read several complaint, then came across a comment, this is the comment I copy and paste from someone that say she works for this company:
I am the customer service manager for InteliCapital. We process payments for our clients. Much like Visa/MasterCard or American Express. We do not sell anything to the general public. There was an error by our client where they placed our Company Name in the PAY TO THE ORDER OF line of their system. We did not authorize our client to use our name or any combination of our name. We are here to help. We can be reached at: 877-493-7841 press 1 for Customer Support. You will speak to a live person. You will speak to a person that has a firm grasp of the English language and we will assist in any way to get this issue resolved. Each person that we have assisted has been satisfied with the results. In most cases there was a purchase which triggered the charge. In some instances there was a family member that used the account holders information. Regardless of the result of the charges we are committed to helping. - I was also scammed for 308.18 - the cust serv number on the check they withdrew from my acct that no one would ever answer 888 982 7965 has been disconnected - the 877 493 7841 number has also been disconnected. The 877 number is the only telephone number on their website HOW DOES ANYONE RUN A LEGIT BUSINESS WITHOUT A TELE #? I am sure an email would be futile and I don't want them to have my email address - although it should'nt really matter since they already have my name, address and banking information and will not tell me how they acquired that info..... they are probably missing out on a lot of "clients" that would love to use their wonderful payment processing service but cannot reach them
