I BEEN HAVING PROBLEMS WITH MY SERVICES DEALING WITH TIME WARNER,IT TOOK ME ALMOST TWO WEEKS TO GET MY PACKAGE DEAL PHONE,COMPUTER,CABLE, SERVICES.AND I JUST ADDED WI/FI TODAY AND IM STILL HAVING PROBLEMS WITH GETTING MY PASSWORD,I HAVE TALKED TO SO MANY CUSTOMER REPS. I STARTING TO TRANSFER MY SERVICES TO AT&T AND IM A LOYAL CUSTOMER WITH TIME WARNER AND I CANT BELIEVE THE RESPONSE FROM TIME WARNER CUSTOMER REPS. YOUR CUSTOMER REPS. IS VERY UN PROFESSIONAL

- I just went to Small Claims Court in NYC on Thursday and I won!They will end up having to give me the $99 Triple Play for 46 months-until May 2105 because I read my bills,caught their mistakes and kept the bills!Never go paperless billing with TWC.They will change things around and no paper no proof!You can sue them and you can win!
