I STARTING TO TRANSFER MY SERVICES TO AT&T AND IM A LOYAL CUSTOMER WITH TIME WARNER AND I CANT BELIEVE THE RESPONSE FROM TIME WARNER CUSTOMER REPS. YOUR CUSTOMER REPS. IS VERY UN PROFESSIONAL

  • I just went to Small Claims Court in NYC on Thursday and I won!They will end up having to give me the $99 Triple Play for 46 months-until May 2105 because I read my bills,caught their mistakes and kept the bills!Never go paperless billing with TWC.They will change things around and no paper no proof!You can sue them and you can win!
