Called told me I had been selected for a $5000.00 government grant issued from president Obama due to paying my bills and taxes on time for so long. I needed to take $140.00 to Walmart and purchase a Green dot Money pak card and load the $140.00 on the card. Then to scratch the back off and give number off card. Then in about 15 minutes I would have $5140.00 put on the card. Once this was done he stayed on phone with me and instructed me to go to Western Union pay $299.00 and they would release the $5000.00. I called western union and they explained it was a hoax so I lost a total of $146.00. I explained to the man that I was disabled and only got $710.00 a month. I borrowed the $146.00 and was thanking the man all the way to walmart on the phone because this was an answered prayer. I did not even have groceries the day I received this call. Please put a stop to this before someone else in my shape gets this scam too. Thank you Billy Joe (Personal Information Removed)
