DO NOT DEAL WITH A GUY NAMED FRANK SCOTT OR ANYONE SELLING GARMIN ASTRO TRACKING COLLARS IF THEY TELL YOU TO SEND $$$ TO SOUTH AFRICA. YOU WILL NOT GET PKG AND THEY WILL GET RICH OFF YOU!!! I HAVE REPORTED HIM AND GLOBAL CARRIAGE SERVICES (SHIPPING COMPANY THAT WORKS WITH THEM FOR FRAUD) I MAY OR MAY NOT WIN BUT WHETHER OR NOT I DO I WANY EVERYONE TO KNOW WHAT THEY ARE UP TO. NEVER DEAL WITH EITHER ONE OF THEM.
