International boundaries

Ordered boots from Amazon through leather up. Wanted a different size based on reviews cancelled order within the hour. Boots were not cancelled by LeatherUP and shipped days later. I had to contact amazon because LeatherUP would not reply to my cancellation. Amazon stopped FedEX from delivering. Tracking number clearly shows boots were returned to LeatherUP. LeatherUP is refusing refund because they want ME to send the boots back using a form from their site when they know I never received them. This company is a hassle. Amazon is attempting to resolve this.
