I ordered some items for my father in Nov 2012. Unfortunately, I didnt see additional monthly "VIP" charges on my account until March 2013. I have been charged $14.97 for Jan, Feb, March for "VIP" services. I consider myself pretty computer savvy and do about 50% of my shopping online. NEVER did I see anything that would indicate I was signing up for a billable service. To say I did was a lie, the customer service rep said that by entering my email address I was signing up for a monthly BILLABLE discount service. Completely ridiculous -- fraud, fraud, fraud! I wonder how many poor elderly people are paying for this and dont know it? Sad.
