I am SO glad that I found this sight. I, too, signed on to get the "free" sample. My acct wasn't charged a lot(yet) but I had 3 separate charges for my free item. I tried many unsuccessful times to call the company but never got through. I took the advice of many and cancelled my credit card. I didn't want to have to deal with trying to get a refund. I'm pretty angry at myself, I NEVER fall for these scams, but I was sucked in. I'll certainly think twice before falling for these "free" items, after all, we all know nothing in life is free! Good luck to the ones looking for a refund and those who are tempted...don't, its not worth the aggregation. Oh and I still haven't even received the product yet. It's been 2wks!
