I have been charged $19.99 for almost 3 yrs now. First it was called great fun, after fighting with them for several months I finally got that cancelled. Now I just got off phone with customer service he told me I have had this membership since 2011! I read my on line bank account daily. He offered to send me out the literature which I never received at all so how can I utilize this if I don't have a card or even knowledge that I belong to such a shoppers club? He then offered me a $50.00 gift certificate after my questioning this... This is when I went on line to see who they were and I see the first thing under this company that it is scam. What can I do to stop this? I really don't want to change my account at the bank due to I have a lot of auto payments and it is a major inconvenience to me....
