Went to Marriott site directly in case I had to change or cancel the reservation. Somehow hotels.one popped in and I was unaware of the change until I had made the reservation. Second page of confirmation states hotels.one does not charge a change or cancellation fee and I could change or cancel the booking, so I was a little relieved. Turns out, I had to cancel the reservation. That is when I found out I had made a non-refundable reservation. I need to have this money refunded to the company!
