As all the other complaints state, very deceiving that it is a free e-file. Basically, it cost me $85 for a $131 refund. UGH. They said I can call back, but with the list of all the other complaints, I see that it will probably be more of a waste of my time. It is upsetting that my personal information is now on their systems. I wish I could take it all back.
