They guaranteed to lower my rates and save me over $800 in the first year. Well my first year is up, they have done no follow up and not saved me anything. However they are no where to be found. Even though they sent a formal agreement guaranteeing a full money back guarantee, I think I'll be lucky to ever get that. The only name I have for a contact is Mitch Martmoral, exec acct mgr.
