I filed my daughters taxes for her and she just informed me she got $95 less than she was suppose to. I have been doing both of ours online for 4 yrs with tax act and for some Stupid reason I went to the IRS site and clicked on free efile and etax was the first one and I clicked on it. I filled out the whole thing and at the end I swear, I NEVER saw any packages, or was never quoted or ask to verify anything about being charged anything. Not ONE CENT!....received email and not one word and no receipt or invoice. I called tonight and she said the best she could do was refund her $20. and asked if it was ok...I said go ahead....but this isn't the end of it and hung up.....Nest I am writing the IRS and the BBB....thank you...And I am mainly doing this just to help inform others...thank you....
