Purchased (through PayPal) two 'fast boat' transfers from Krabi airport to Koh Lanta, Thailand. Amazing Lanta accepted the prepaid money, informed us a person would be waiting at the Krabi airport holding a sign with our names on it. No one was there. We were left and it was very difficult. I contacted them and they refused to refund the money.
