Oh, where do I begin...First, the information on the website indicated that the hotel offered a free breakfast (not true), flat screen TV's in every room (not true), children under 17 stay free (not true). Our fiasco began the night we checked in. We were issued a standard, non-smoking room as requested. I unpacked, since we would be staying for 3 nights. Upon further inspection of the room we discovered that the bed linens were filthy and looked as though they had not been changed. I requested clean linens from the front desk however I had to change them myself. As we left our room that evening for dinner, we smelled a foul odor in the hallway of the "non-smoking" floor. As it turns out the odor was marijuana coming from a nearby room. I immediately reported this to the front desk and requested a new room. The only other room available was a smoking room, however it seemed clean. So we packed up and moved to the new room. The next day, upon returning to the room from our days outing, the room smelled of mildew and fabric. We discovered that the shower had leaked and the carpeting around the bed and bathroom were soaked. Once again I reported this to the front desk and were given yet another room. Once again, I packed our belongings and moved for the third time in two days. This was by far the worst hotel experience I have every been through. I must give kudos to one of the front desk clerks, Will, because he was very patient, understanding and did all he could to make our stay as pleasant as possible despite the circumstances. The other clerk (I don't remember his name) was very rude, unpleasant and unsympathetic to our situation...very poor customer service for this type of environment. Needless to say, not only will I will never book through this site again but I will also warn family and friends against booking through Hotelsone. I really expected more from Expedia. I only hope that American Express can fight this battle with me to try and recover some of my money.
