I received a voice mail of a pending legal action. I called the number, 313-334-3113 and was greeted by a very abusive agent who threatened me with arrest for a debt to a payday loan agency. I told him I had paid this in full and had a paid in Full letter from the collection company. I told him I needed the fax number to fax this to him. The agent told me he was listed I was refusing to pay and a sheriff would be serving me papers in the next day or 2, see me in court.
