Summer 2011 I was relocated by my employer from Ohio to Minnesota. I had attempted on several occasions to contact AT&T to disconnect/close my services as my new residence could not use their service. Bills continued to be sent to my new residence and was finally turned over when I refused to pay.

I DID NOT use their services from the date posted til whenever their contract supposedly ended. Whenever I contacted someone at AT&T on the matter it would be someone in another country who had no authority, had no authority onsite to speak to ("We have no managers here") nor would they attempt to contact one ("We cannot call out, we can only receive incoming calls")

The various collection agencies who have contacted me on AT&T's behalf have REFUSED To forward my requests to speak to someone from AT&T directly or write down my request despite me making it multiple times!
