I applied for a loan for 5,000 dollars. They sent me the paper work and told me the insurance for this loan amount was $685.89. For standard insurance on ths loan amount so I call Acclaro and talked to a Katie Thomas she told me to buy two green dot money cards 1 for $500.00 and 1 for $190.00 which were $4.95 each. Then they called me and told me I had to have the premium insurance for $500.00 more I said I didnt have it and she told me i would get a check in the mail for$685.89 plus for the $9.90 for the cards and I have called and left mesages an now it says everyone is unavailable try again. KAtie told me i would get a check in one week and now its been almost 5 weeks and i havent heard nothing and seen a check in the mail.
