i ordered the trial kit after seeing a post on facebook, entitled Product Testers wanted. The offer was for 3 items in a kit for only £3.95 postage and packing. This was to last for the month. Yesterday my account was debited with a £93.97 charge which is the full cost of the 3 pots of dead sea products. My bank can only stop any further attempts to claim any more from me, it seems the company cannot be contacted and meanwhile we've been left with no food money for the week and a half.
Only after finding out in the very well hidden small print that you can only get a refund after 14 days and a full refund if the products are not opened, how can you not open them when the trial is listed as enough product for one month is beyond me. This has caused me emense problems in a practical way and left me feeling very foolish.
