On September 6, 2011,I ordered Flex Seal by phone. I used the phone number that was advertised on television (800-798-9770). I ordered the advertised product of buy one can @ $19.99 plus shipping, get one can free. To date 9/20/11, I have not received the order. I received my Visa bill today and it had an unauthorized charge of $106.22. I immediately called the company to find out why this amount, and the operator told me that when I ordered this product they upgraded the order to "JUMBO". I did not order this and told her. She stated that there was nothing she could do since the order was sent out, and my Visa already paid them. Please note I did not receive the package yet. This is false advertising and a scam.
