I was looking for a cheaper way to receive calls from my husband who is in jail. I went through prison call solutions. They neglected to tell me that the company my husband will make calls through can charge me with a felony and my husband would lose phone privileges if I was found to be using a number that masked my real phone number. I called and told prison call solutions this and they said they would make me a fake phone bill to send the company. They then told me to call back and use a different name. I told them that I had to use my credit card to make a payment on the account and they said to use a different name and my credit card. I have emailed them wanting my money back and they refuse to refund the money. I do not know how to get the money back. This company is very fraudulent. I finally received an email stating they would not refund my money. This email finally received after numerous calls to them only to get a voice mail and sending them emails. They never returned my call within 4 business hours like stated on their answering service.
