Prison Call Solutions pays in advance to acquire our numbers based on the subscription level chosen by our customers. We are not refunded by our provider and therefore cannot provide refunds due to inmate being released earlier than the expiration of their subscription. Even if the service was not used, we do not issue refunds.
If you have paid for the service we encourage you to use the number provided. If there is a reason why you are unable to setup or use the number please let us know so we may assist you.
If we are unable to provide you with a local number to your facility, we will gladly refund all monies paid within 30 days.
The refund will be credited to the same credit card you used to pay.

We need to get this company removed from Google so that it can no longer scam innocent people of their money, what they are doing is illegal and can potentially get consumers in a lot of trouble.
