I ordered their product at the end of November from MYHABIT. After 2 months of use , there is a whole on top of one boot. I contacted the seller and they told me it was beyond their return date and suggested that I contact the manufacturer. As the other person said, there is no phone number or address to complaint , just the email. After couple of email ( reply was pretty fast) this is what their wrote to me at the end : "Thank you for your email and we do understand you are frustrated, however there is nothing we can do as you bought them through MyHabit who have their own returns policy in place and we have to respect that. If you had purchased them from our website then we could deal with the situation for you. Once a discount store has purchased the stock from us then it is their responsibility to check items before they sell them to the public and to deal with any returns.

Holes on the boots may occur due to them being worn a lot in wet weather. As it is natural sheepskin it isn't waterproof and we advise you use a good quality sheepskin/suede protector and spray your boots before wearing them and then re-apply regularly. This will strengthen the material and will make the boots waterproof.

For the "high end " boots I would expect a better customer service . Pair of boots should last longer than 2 months. And I use them in and out of the car that is parked inside of the garage.
