- Call the number on your bank statement. Vesta sells prepaid cell phone minute plans for Cricket. If you did not make the charges, somebody has you credit card information and they made it. It could be somebody you know, or if could be somebody stealing from you. Vesta will help you sort it out. Also, cancel your card at your bank if you did not make a cell phone purchase for cricket.
