I too have been scammed by ben-shoes...I ordered 2 pair boots through Pay-Pal, no confirmation, no communication, no boots, no money...I hope Pay-Pal will give me my money back or what is the point to use them as a safe money transfer?

- Good Luck !!! Pay Pal believed THEIR side of the story. They said they sent a package. No crap !! A worthless Hannah Montana tote bag. I have the mailer it came in and if Pay Pal can fit 3 pairs of shoes in it I'll kiss their behinds. I am appealing their decision. By the way, I have googled all of their shoes site names and all are no longer active. What does that tell you. If it's too good to be true then it definitely IS!!! Lesson learned.

- Agreed, Marilyn-- "too good to be true? " was my own thought as I ordered a pair of shoes on 9/2/11, but I used Paypal, guessing I would be more likely to be protected if something wasn't right. I also received a mysterious Hannah Montana bag in the mail, and wondered if it was somehow part of the Ben-Shoes thing. My complaint to Paypal a couple of days ago was instantly escalated to a "Claim," and the next big date is supposed to be 9/29, at which point they'll go after the money. Can't say I expect to see it, but seeing others' larger losses, I think I sort of lucked out.
