William found me on match.com because we had similar interests and lived in the same neighborhood. I had been approach on online dating a number of times and didnt think I was going to be targeted. We began to email back and forth on the match then upgraded to our personal emails. Later going to Yahoo Messenger. Constantly talking for a week plus i knew hew was in Nigeria visiting his aunt. He was very forthcoming from the beginning.

After 1.5 weeks had past of us chatting via email he was coming home or so I thought on . On 3/14/2012 he received an Im while at school from him that his ticket went up and he needed $300 to compensate the cost upgrade. I was reluctant to do it because I have hard time trusting. He reassured me that I would be compensated, so I got it to send via WU.

His flight was 3/16/12 (I only remember because my grandmas memorial was the day after [St Patrick's Day] and he wanted to come for support after he landed. Which I thought was a weird to me. Meeting all my family and friends in such a emotional time. Then again I thought it was sweet too, because he cared.) I remember getting a a frantic email/IM on my phone while I was running errands getting supplies for the service. Will said he missed his flight due to traffic. My jaw dropped I was so sad and upset as well as him. Trying to focus to help him while I was dealing with the stress of mourning my grandmother and getting the necessary tasks done, I didn't know what to do.

After we talked, I sent him the money for change of ticket fee. Thought that would be the end to it all. Nope this charade went on and on and didn't stop it. I was too trusting on what he said rather than going with my gut when it said "DON'T".

Over the course of the nonsense he said his passport expired needed to renew it, he needed a ER visit to check for flight health clearance, he got mugged once, new plane tickets because the others expired, taxi cab ride back to aunt's home numerous times and number of things I can't remember because time had past. ***I have all the paperwork and emails to compliant my lack of remembering when writing this entry***

The last correspondence I had with him has was an email dated 10/11/12 that said he loved me and wanted to make things better, I responded (4 days later) with how I was feeling and my disappointment and haven't heard from him since. Disgusting and despicable!!!
