I responded to an email that popped onto my screen from this company and authorised through Visa to pay for the sample on offer this amount was £3.03 x 2. It worried me so I contacted my bank who said the amount was what I quoted, however I sent an email off to the company asking about delivery, they responded with the information. On checking my bank account on Friday 16 Sept I noticed two amounts had been taken on a recurring visa transaction those amounts were £56.96 x 2 (total $179.36). I telephoned my bank who are to send me out a visa dispute form and I emailed the company again stating they had no authority to take any further money as I did not authorise them to do so and I did not want any more of their product, I have have had no response so emailed them again today but the emails have been returned as undeliverable. There needs to be much publicity about this company as I am now in an overdraft situation because of this transaction and I am retired with very little income.
