I was sent the 3 wrong tickets for the WWE Raw at American Airlines Arena in Dallas on 02/25/13 and my 7 year son was not able to see the wrestlers come out of the stage. I chose section 324 which was to the right of the ring and was sent section 328 to the left and he couldn't see the stage the wrestlers came out of. The company sent the "mirror" image section, and will not compensate me for their mistake, saying that it was an "upgrade".....I am extremely at a loss over this and my son is devasted. An expensive mistake because the company said their inventory on tickets was not accurate at the time of ticket purchase. Their mistake, not mines.
