I purchased two scoopon vouchers for my best friend and I to have a 3hr pamper pack, I rang early january 2013 to make a booking for today 27/2/13, when we arrived at 9.40am for a 10am appointment we discovered they had left and done a runner overnight some weeks ago, apparently many many people have been turning up with their vouchers to be just as disappointed as I, please ensure that you do not advertise for anymore fly by nights as I am very annoyed and disappointed, especially at the fact it was part of a christmas present and losing $118.00. I would appreciate being reimbursed for this transaction as cannot afford to lose that kind of money, if not refunded my partner will take it to the media and fair trading thanking you Sandra J Swan

- I purchased a scoopon voucher as a long awaited treat to myself as I currently work two jobs with a small children and little time. I actually enjoyed my hair treatment and finally felt that I had found somewhere I could go to on a regular basis, so therefore my eldest son gave me the cash from his savings so that I could purchase four more treatments of $280.00. When I went to book again in January and received no answer to calls or emails decided to drive by to check that I had not been ripped off. My worst fears were correct. I have yet to tell my children what has happened as I feel so foolish that I trusted these people. I just want my money back as I really could not afford to let this happen.
